That long wait of 2 Years is over and Baahubali 2 - The conclusion has finally arrived. After the Historic Victory of Baahubali – The Beginning. All eyes were on Baahubali -The Conclusion to know the answer, Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?? and experience the visual feast on screen. We can say this is a rare film that blends action and drama on a scale that has never been seen in Indian cinema. If the first part left you in awe, then this second part makes its predecessor seem like a tiny speck in the sky.
The story starts establishing the bond between various characters before answering the question of the decade. So what made Kattappa Kill Bahubali? Is he justified in doing so? What made Sivagami run to save the infant’s life? Watch the movie on screen to know the answers. Explaining anything more about the plot might ruin your theatrical exprience.
Script and Direction
Right from the word go, every scene and every frame looks grand. Thanks to SS Rajamouli’s directorial brilliance, the film ticks all the boxes correctly. Rajamouli, the director who’s yet to taste failure, has meticulously crafted the second-part keeping the massive expectations in mind. He strives to make his own mark in every scene, frame and succeeds to major extent. Especially interval scene and climax portions get thumbs up. The battle episode is the major highlight. War between Mahendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva is a bit stretched but it is worth the wait. This war episode is one of the highlights.
Cast & Performances
Terrific and flawless performances shoulder Baahubali2 . Prabhas, Rana take centre stage with Anushka, Ramya Krishna showing up intense performances. As usual, Kattappa nails in his role. He does justice and he is there throughout the film.
The huge asset is the technical aspect. They are so profound and bigger than before. Action scenes are shot far more intricately and extensive VFX used in BB2 are on par with several Hollywood films. Technically, Baahubali is up there – Sky.
Songs and BGM
MM Keeravani provides a rousing background score that elevate scenes beyond usual. Songs are visually rich and eye-candy. Action scenes have been well-executed. Rajamouli’s magic works yet again.
The Conclusion is epic. This is perfect conclusion for the beginning that we saw two years ago. Couldn’t have been better. Go for it. It’s a must-watch.
